We want you to be fully satisfied with your order.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
We regret that for food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of honey jars that have been opened unless there is a defect in the product or you received the jars damaged.
To initiate a return please email info@rawesomehoney.co.uk with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
You will receive a QR code to use in order to return your order.
Once we receive your order intact we will refund or exchange your order at no cost to you.
If the reason for your return is that your order was received damaged or defective or you received the wrong item, no charge applies and we will also refund your return postage.
If your order is being returned because you changed your mind and not because there was a defect in the product, you would have to return the items at your cost.
